Good Morning, my name is Carl and I am being COACHED BY GRACE. It is the Grace of God that stands behind us, is to the right of us, to the left of us and opens doors before us. (if you are comfortable repeat that statement using your own name.)
As I awaken my mind is turned toward God. I am amazed as I listen to my breathing, as I watch my chest expand with each breath. As I rise my body moves slowly, the joints allow me to know this is not a dream. The temperature from outside feels warm. Yesterday reached 109 degrees. Yesterday, the house, my friends and I worked on got an offer.
Today is a new day. As I get ready to have breakfast my mind turns to the idea of a liturgical dance. Each step, each breath, each motion is a part of an expression. The tiny elements of life altogether declare for this moment life is worth celebrating.
A NEW DAY TOMORROW, NOW.

There are two times when people in the video make the sign of the cross. I began doing that about ten years ago. It came when I had no words that could either express the sadness or the joy I was experiencing. Somehow I knew something new had happened.
This next music points forward in an unnatural way…well maybe not unnatural for many but for the world I was apart of. My world was often narrow and defensive as if to be touched differently would permanently mark one for destruction. Listen now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ae-RLl8R100
The Psalmist speaks of the desire of God. As you read the scripture you cannot escape the positive upbeat desire God has for your life. One day while living in Calgary I went into my garage. After turning the light on I turned on the radio. A young Anne Murray was singing. I have not forgotten that moment. She sang of something upbeat, something that should be.
She sang of something different than just a bright sunshiny day. She sang about a way of life. A hope, a desire, a “thinkology”. How often do you like Solomon look back and see the directions given to you that actually worked? There is a way of life that arises not from the words of God but from the being of God. A way that produces love, care, respect, and even joy.
That is what “Godtalk” is about. If all you get out of your religion, if all you get out of your “god consciousness” is a rigid unbending set of rules and perimeters you will never experience the refreshing life cleansing waters from within. The Spirit desires to enter within, to refresh your bones, to cleanse the fatigue. To give you a new awareness of the God who enters within who does not stand on the outside. In foreknowledge, in planning, in giving direction to life itself the desire of God is only for good. One must stop and ask what good is ultimately arising from today’s life experience. What thread can be taken from your life, intertwined with another, ultimately strengthening life for others. The words of Jesus give flesh to this. As the tiniest influences in life are added together, when given freedom to grow then made available to others the awareness of the kingdom God is visualized.
Now we can understand what all this illness is, now we can understand what all this pain has been about. As the master craftsman pulls from your being and adds each piece to an eternal temple of grace we see our destination, our hope, our promise. We are arising from the refiner’s fire of life, we have the dross burned away yielding only the purest of gold ultimately creating and producing an eternity pure and eternal.
Be Thou My vision
